It maps your gifts, your challenges, your life's purpose, and the cycles of timing that shape when things unfold, giving you a framework for understanding who you are and where you're headed. At Stellium & Co, this is offered through three readings: the Birth Chart Reading (your full chart), the Current Chapter Reading (the timing you're in right now), and the Deep Dive Reading (a focused look at one specific area of your life).

  • Vedic astrology (Jyotish) uses the sidereal zodiac, which is aligned with the actual positions of the constellations in the sky. Western astrology uses the tropical zodiac, which is based on the seasons. This means your Vedic chart may differ from the Western chart you're familiar with, and often feels more precise when it comes to timing and life events because it uses astronomy.

  • If it's your first time working with your chart, start with the Birth Chart Reading, it lays the foundation everything else builds on. If you've already had a Birth Chart Reading and want to understand what's active for you right now, the Current Chapter Reading looks at your current planetary cycle and transits. If you have a specific question in one area of life, perhaps around career, relationships, home, health, or finances, the Deep Dive Reading goes straight there.

  • No. Many clients approach their reading with healthy scepticism and still find it deeply useful. These systems work as frameworks for self-reflection. The value lies in the insight and perspective they offer, not in any particular belief system.

Practical & logistics

  • The Birth Chart Reading is R600 for a 50-minute session. The Current Chapter Reading is R500 for a 40-minute session. The Deep Dive Reading is R500 for a 40-minute session. All prices are in South African Rand.

  • The Birth Chart Reading is 50 minutes. The Current Chapter Reading and the Deep Dive Reading are each 40 minutes.

  • Yes. All sessions are held online, making them accessible to clients globally regardless of location.

  • You'll need to provide your date, time, and place of birth. The more accurate your birth time, the more precise your reading will be. If you don't know your exact birth time, get in touch before booking — there are ways to work with the uncertainty.

A Current Chapter Reading is particularly suited to this, as it looks directly at the planetary cycle you're moving through right now.

  • Yes. All sessions are held online, so you can book from anywhere in the world. We'll work with you to find a time that suits your timezone.

  • Not necessarily, but it helps. These readings move faster because they're more focused, so if you've already had a Birth Chart Reading, we can build directly on what we know about your chart. If you haven't, we'll still work with the placements relevant to your question.

  • There's no fixed rule, but many clients return every six to twelve months, or whenever they feel a shift coming like a new job, a relationship change, or simply a sense that something is moving. Your Dasha and transits shift on their own timeline, so how often you check in is really up to what feels useful to you.

  • We only read a chart with that person's knowledge, consent, and presence in the session. So while you're welcome to book and arrange the session for someone else — as a gift, for example — the person whose chart it is will need to be part of the reading themselves.
